Fairtree is the culmination of many years of hard work, unwavering commitment and extraordinary skills and expertise of all the members of the Fairtree Family, resulting in the whole being much greater than the sum of its parts, as Aristotle observed. We strive to create a business culture where the work family and personal families are not in conflict, as we are passionate about personal relationships flourishing, and creating an environment where we reach our full potential and live our individual life callings. We truly believe that this will result in our work having a greater purpose, being more rewarding and ultimately ensuring that we are able to enrich the lives of our stakeholders. Fairtree has given me the opportunity to build a business that serves all its stakeholders: helping clients by constructing investment products that are tailored for their specific needs; creating a work environment and company structure that allows employees and partners to live out their career dreams; and treating all service providers with fair and just practices, whilst focusing on excellence in everything we do.
